What we collect
Your name, mobile number and email when you register or book; appointment and home-collection details; diagnostic reports issued by Divine Diagnostic & Health Center; and medical documents you choose to upload from other laboratories or hospitals.
How your records are stored
All reports and uploaded files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Reports are never available at guessable public links — viewing or downloading a report always requires signing in to your own account, and every download link expires shortly after it is created.
Who can see your information
Only you and authorised Divine staff can access your records. Staff access is role-based and limited to what their work requires. Every upload, view, download and correction of a report is recorded in an audit log.
Messages and reminders
With your consent, we send appointment updates, report-ready alerts and health check-up reminders to your registered mobile number or WhatsApp. You can give or withdraw this consent at any time from your dashboard profile, or by contacting us.
Records you upload
Documents you upload from other labs are labelled as patient-uploaded external records and kept separate from reports issued by Divine. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to store the document. You can delete any uploaded record yourself at any time.
Retention and deletion
Reports issued by Divine are retained in line with applicable Indian healthcare record-keeping requirements. Records you uploaded yourself can be deleted by you at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account or Divine-issued records, contact us using the details below.
Your rights and questions
